This 2005 Mercedes-Benz SLK 350 has a special Rusty Nuts history. The car originally belonged to Bill and Rose Ripley, early Cottage members and some of the first Rusty Nuts. 

Jeff and his wife Rhonda discovered it while buying a pontoon boat from Bill — when Bill casually asked, “Wanna buy a car too?” Jeff had Rhonda take it for a drive… and she drove it straight to the insurance office in Osoyoos to transfer it. 

Jeff says the SLK is cared for as lovingly as Bill maintained it — and it’s also how he gained  ‘automatic membership’ and made dozens of great friends through the club.
